Grown in the King Valley, a cool primary ferment, fined filled then charmat method to put bubbles into the wine.

Pack up the picnic basket, fill it with prosciutto, salami, ham, ripened tomatoes, apple cucumbers, seeded mustard and fresh bakery bread. Add two or more bottles of Prosecco and take in the great Australian outdoors.

Best drinking now. Will cellar for 3-5 years.

AROMA/BOUQUET - Floral notes of orange blossom and jasmine.

PALATE - The palate is lively with a clean finish.
