Tatua Cheese Sauce is a ready to use cheese sauce with a creamy, silky smooth consistency and a tasty cheddar flavour. Perfect for use in baking, pies and sauces. Great substitute for grated cheese. 

Applications:
Ideal for pizza, either as a topping or a filling for stuffed crusts.
Ideal for pre-prepared meals, e.g. Macaroni cheese, lasagne.
Suitable for manufacture of fresh and frozen pies – e.g. mince and cheese, vege and cheese. Cheese sauce will continue to sit on top of the filling during heating, cooling and freezing.
Can be combined with acidic and alcohol ingredients e.g. white wine, and tomato to create cheese sauce or cheesy dip.
Tatua Cheese Sauce is freeze thaw stable either on its own or when combined with other products.
